Issue screen layout: move tabs to description area

Is there an easy way to have the field tabs in the context pane moved over to the description pane?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The issue view on Jira Cloud has changed and currently, it's not possible to add fields under the description.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• As an admin, I'd like to place custom fields between the description and the comment section in the New Jira issue detail view
