Issue security level cannot be seen in Jira universal workflow condition

Hi, 

I am trying to restrict a certain transition based on an issue security level. I tried to set up a "Universal condition" with the statement that {Security Level}="Level A" must evaluate to true. When I save the condition there is an error: 

Parsing of the expression has failed. Please check its syntax. You entered: {Security Level}=&quot;Level A&quot;. This expression will always evaluate to <b>false!</b> System message: Lexical error at line -1, column -1. Encountered: " " (32), after : "{Security"

When I try to pick the field from the list of available fields, it isn't on the list! Is this by default? Or did I do something wrong?

In the JQL, if you want to search based on security level you need to use the word "level". I tried that, but that doesn't work.

Any help?
