Issue security scheme

We have Jira Cloud on Standard plan.
I couldn't organaise issue security levels here.

Hi there Marat,
according to the screenshot you are on a free Jira Software Cloud plan.

Please double-check if you try to configure issue-level security for the correct Jira site. This can easily happen if you have more sites in your organization or if you have multiple Atlassian organizations.

Moreover, check the billing menu in https://admin.atlassian.com/ for the Jira site and organisation. There you can see which plan is assigned for your Jira sites.
