Issue that was supposed to be release on version 1.0 but ended up on version 2.0

I need a way to inform that an issue was supposed to be release in version 1.0, but was not closed in time and ended up being release in version 2.0.

What is the best way to display this information?

Welcome to the community.

I would suggest adding a custom field of type Version Picker (single-select) named "Target Version"
