I am writing to report an issue that we are experiencing in the Active Sprints dashboard.

Problem Description: In the Active Sprints dashboard, we are currently unable to perform a drag-and-drop action to move tickets from one column to another. The only available option is to change the status of the ticket directly from the ticket itself.

On the other hand, we have observed that this drag-and-drop functionality works seamlessly in the Backlog Management section, highlighting that the issue seems to be specific to the Active Sprints dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the Active Sprints dashboard.
  2. Attempt to drag a ticket from one column to another.

Expected Result: The ticket should be draggable, allowing us to move it between columns.

@Yassine Chamakhi: Your Active Sprint dashboard is setup to follow a standard workflow.
I would assume it maybe on the lines of below stages:

To Do --> Refinement --> Ready --> Develop --> In Progress --> Testing --> Done --> Closed

Note: The above workflow is indicative and may vary based on the configuration.

Typically, (To Do --> Refinement --> Ready) are considered to be 'grooming' state. Tickets have to be in 'Ready' state before bringing into Active Sprint board.

In case you need to override this workflow, you may possibly have to work with someone with 'Admin' privileges to setup such a configuration.

My recommendation would be to discuss in your team about bring only work items that are in 'Ready' state based on your grooming into the board. Those can be 'dragged & dropped' as needed.
