Issue type and Request type fields on create screen

Good day. 

I would like to replace Type field with Issue type and Request type fields on create issue screen in Jira Cloud. Is there a way to do it? Like it was on Server.

I don't understand your desire to do this.

The "Type" field IS the issue type field already.

The Request type field is for selecting the request type, not the issue type.  There's nothing to "replace" here.
