Issue types and Subtasks

I would like preset specific subtasks to certain issue types. For example, I have "story" listed as a Standard Issue type and would like a "development" subtask to be available only under the story. Is that possible in JIRA?

Hi @Jennifer Harikrishin

I don't think so this will be possible because we can restrict issue type (Standard/subtask) on basis of Project but not on Issue type.

As you are looking for the Development subtask should available only under Story this will not be possible.
