Our Edit screen only offers 2 issue types, but there are 5 issue types available in Create screens.
How can I update the Edit screen to include all (or some) of the missing Issue types?
The "missing" types are removed automatically because their configuration is different to the two you do see.
If you want to include them, make sure they share the field configuration and workflow with the two that are there.

That seems to explain it. Issues such as Tasks, Inquiries, and Bugs share a common workflow, but we track the Meetings issue type via a much simpler workflow.
