Issue which is use to manage ECM was deleted

An issue was deleted unfortunately, is there a way to restore them. ?

Hi from front end, it's impossible. 

Do you have daily backups, if yes create a test instance and restore XML file - Atlassian - application data - Export 

Here you can find backups, restore the latest backup which is before the issue deletion, into your test environment.
