Issue with Done status at finalize sprint don't count

I have tried re-doing the entire workflow and it hasn't worked. I can't get metrics because we close all sprints with 0 completed incidents. incidencia1.JPGincidencia2.JPG

Okey so, if i have more of 1 column with the status Done, only count if the issues are in the last one?
