Issue with Licensing

Hello Team,

 

We have JIRA Service Desk Module, I am trying to add a user for Jira-user, then I am getting the below error message

Adding a user to the selected groups will exceed the number of allowed users licensed to JIRA Software. You need to reduce the number of licensed users, or consider upgrading your user tier.

we have total 50 Agent licenses , however we have only 35 users in our system. Can you please verify what can be the issue

Hey @Krishna 

If you want to grant users only Jira Service Desk access, use a dedicated group for Service Desk. I assume you grant access to multiple applications (Software and JSD) with the "Jira-user" group. This way you use up license access for both, JSD and Jira Software.

On cloud it is a little bit easier and not only group dependent.
