Issue with Missing Data During PDF Export of Merged Tables in JIRA

We are experiencing a critical issue where data is being lost during the export of merged tables to PDF.

We created a table in the JIRA description field and merged cells to complete the table. However, when we print or export to Word, the merged table is not visible. Unmerged tables are visible. What is the issue?

This issue is not limited to PDF output; exporting JIRA issues to other systems also results in the loss of merged cell data. This is a serious problem as it leads to missing user data. When will this bug be fixed?

Although it was mentioned that complex table structures are not supported, merged cells are actually very simple structures. We cannot understand why this issue is being neglected.

Hi @이지수 I think I found your issue.  I did a search on Atlassian's Jira Site and saw JRACLOUD-93940 .  It refers to Word files, but I've had similar issues that have impacted both PDF & Word exports.  Take a look at that and if it looks like your issue, feel free to vote for and watch it for updates. You could add a comment stating that it happens with PDF files as well.
