Hi, when we open Tempo in our domain, some users are getting an issue opening it.

Of course. I am just pointing you to where you have the best chance of getting a good answer. An error message as you are sharing seems to point towards a technical issue. In the Community, most of us are users of Atlassian products - like yourself - trying to help each other out with tips and knowledge sharing. We don't have access to your site, so can't investigate technical issues on your end.

The app vendor of the app you are experiencing issues with probably can.
