Issue with receiving email notifications for re-created users

Our users were created earlier, deactivated, and have now been reactivated. However, we are facing an issue where email notifications are enabled, but we are not receiving them. What could be the cause, and how can we resolve this?

You should submit a request to Atlassian support to check if the email address(es) is on their suppression list.

Sometimes it can be due to notifications disabled on user profile

Can you check if user have the notifications enabled in their personal settings. They can check by clicking on personal setting and notifications.

Can you check the below:

1)If user is recipient of the notification or not. You can check the project notification scheme to get these details.

2)User not receiving notification for their own changes or for any change done by other users as well?

User doesn't receive an email notification for any type of actions.

Please check If user is recipient of the notification or not. You can check the project notification scheme.
