Issues Tab content and some screens are not fully dislayed

We install JIRA 6.1.5 and when i click on "Issues" Tab, i have list "Current Filter", "Recent Issues" and "Saved Filter" but i can't see the full list of my filter neither the "manage filter" line.

I also have this problem on the "Credits" and "permission helper" windows.


We are using IE8 or IE9 or Chorme v28.

We currently use jira 4.4.4 and we have not this issue. Our resolution screen is 1366*768.

     jira.max.issue.filter.dropdown.items  = 5
     jira.max.issue.history.dropdown.items = 3
