Here's a question:
From my board, I'm checking the Insights -> Issues added to the sprint
When I click on it to see the filtered issues, I see issues outside my project (from a different Jira project), that have empty sprint value.
This is a place I got extremely confused :(
Could smo please help me with it?

ok, sorry, I understood why this happened.

guys from this other project added their issues to our sprint, and then removed :) so now the sprint field for their tickets are empty, but these tickets appeared as Added to our sprint.
