I'm getting the following error message after being processed in the mail server i.e mails are being moved from the inbox and issues are not created in jira.
An error was encountered whilst handling messages from the mail server
"********-Incoming" using the handler "class com.easesolutions.jira.plugin.mailclient.mailhandler.handler.CreateOrCommentHandler".
The error was:
