We are in the process of migrating from the Jira data center to the cloud.
We have over 15 business projects on the prem and they all should be converted to software projects before migration, per Atlassian requirements. After project conversion, I created a Kanban board, checked all my permissions and... I do not see any issues neither on the board or in the backlog. I tried to create an issue in the converted project and still nothing is visible. Filters have been checked in case of some limitations.
If I go to the search or "issues" - I can see all issues and can work on them.
Further, I migrated this project to the cloud hoping to reconfigure it... but the same story - nothing is visible.
Can someone tell me what is the issue or possible cause?
Thank you in advance
Hello @Alex Shirokko
What is the filter used by the kanban board?
Does the kanban board include a subquery to exclude issues that have a released Fix Version value?
Have all the issue Status values been mapped to columns for the kanban board?
Hi Trudy,
1. I checked the filter and it doesn't create any blockage
2. The Kanban board does not have any subquery. I even tried to create my own board.
3. Statuse values have been mapped automatically during migration.
I have no idea why I cannot see any issues.
Thank you anyway for finding time

Trudy... I have to visit a psychiatrist... I found the issue! It was as you said in the subquery of the original board. Thank you SO MUCH!
