Our server had down so we replaced it and we setup MySQL and jira system, as we hv the jira dB dump sql file then we rebuild the jira db in MySQL then use jira config.sh to setup the dB connection. But when login jira all issues just cannot be search and all sprints, boards are empty, how can we correctly show them back?

You should open an actual support request with Atlassian. It sounds like you've really messed up the database and now need hardcore support. In either case, you need to actually provide information about what data is in the database, what steps you actually performed to get into the state you're in, etc.
