Issues completed outside of sprint not showing in the burndown chart

Hi, 

We are in an active sprint, and the burndown chart works great, except for the bottom part "Issues completed outside of sprint", where it is not showing anything, although we have completed issues outside of sprint. Why is this not showing up?

I could think of a couple of things:

1. Were those issues marked as Done or resolved as per your workflow?

2. Was it resolved "before" the sprint was closed?

1. Yes, they were marked as Done.

2. Yes, they were resolved "before" the sprint was closed and after it was started, i.e. during the currently active sprint. 

The only thing that I can think of is that the stories that were marked as Done during the sprint were also created after the sprint was started. However if this is the case it makes no sense in terms of the feature usefulness. Issues resolved outside the sprint should appear in any case in order for us to be able to determine future velocity appropriately.
