Issues do not appear in my kanban backlog

tommyloi October 14, 2018

I can see my tickets (in progress, ready for qa) in the kanban board view, but I cannot see the tickets in my backlog view.

When i removed the sub-filter (fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY) the ticket still does not appear in backlog view.

My statuses have been mapped for ''in progress'' and ''ready for qa'' also.

Thoughts?

Hi @tommyloi,

your issues will either appear in the backlog or on the kanban board.

In the backlog will only issues with the status, that is added to the backlog column, appear.

Here is some more information on the kanban backlog: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/using-your-kanban-backlog-856846180.html

If this does not help, can you please provide a screenshot of your board configuration?

Thanks, this seems like a limitation of using Kanban board versus using a scrum board.

In my other board using scrum, I can see all issues/tickets in the backlog view.
