Issues do not appear on Kanban board until we open or update the issue

Hi,

We have two Kanban boards (one for 1st- and one for 2nd-line). Once the issue is transitioned to the "Ready for 2nd line" status the issue should apper on the 2nd-line board. For some time now, it happens very often that issues do not appear on the 2nd-line board when they should, unless we open/update the tickets. They are stuck somehow...

We have no more than 100 issues on the board, but we do have 6 swimlanes, 5 quick filter...

Any ideas?

If your JQL filter of the board matches the issues in "ready for 2nd line" then the issues should appear on the board.  Can you check in the "column" configuration of the board to make sure you have mapped "Ready for 2nd line" status to an column on the board.

Hi,

Yes I do, the thing is that I need to open the ticket (like refresh), like its frozen, and then it appears as it should... Thanks for helping!
