Issues in sprints are not showing when move to status Done?

Hello All,

We have two sprints in our project Sprint 1(Active Sprint) and Sprint 2(Future Sprint).

We have 4 workflow statuses To Do, In Progress, Done, Accepted.

When status moves to To Do, In Progress, Done and Accepted we are able to see issues in Sprint 1.

When status moves to To Do, In Progress, Done we are able to see issues in Sprint 2 but when the status of an issue moves to Accepted state issue are not showing up in the Sprint 2.

Do I Miss anything on the board configuration?

Dear Manikanta, hi!

Often issues dissappear when it get a resolution.

In Jira resolutions mean that issue is closed.

Check if issue get resoution.

Issue resolved after adding "Accepted" column on Active sprint board.

So, I think this is the reason.
