Issues keep showing in backlog even after closed

Hi,

Currently i am facing an issue.

I can see issues which are closed keep displaying in Backlog even though they are closed.

PS: I have mapped closed status to the last column in the board (GREEN Color Column) but still the issue is keep on displaying.

Did you assign the issue to the sprint? Only issues added to the sprint are on the task board.

Could you please show us the filter configuration of your board?

Yes  they have been assigned to the Sprint.

filter configuration of your board i mean Filter for the board is basic one:

Project = Project _name order by rank ASC

Hi @Abinash Satapathy,

did you also set a resolution to that issues. As long as the resolution is unresolved, Jira will handle the issues not as closed.

Yes , the resolution has been set to Done.
