Issues not imported from Excel to Jira/Zephyr

The message on the screen "Issues have been imported successfully" but nothing was imported. Why? Has anyone come across this problem?

Are you using the Zephyr utility for importing, or JIRA's native CSV import?

Hi Trudy, I use Zephyr import utility. I have managed to import issues multiple times except this time I came across nothing imported when the pop up message telling me it was a success.

Hi Trudy,

I managed to resolve the import issue. The root cause was one of the columns in the Excel contained a Concatenate function and obviously Jira/Zephyr didn't like it but it didn't know what to do with it.
