Issues not showing on Kanban Board

I have 11 issues in my Closed column:

But when I switch to the board view, only seven of those issues are showing. I don't have any filters in place.

Check the "sub filter" in the General Config of the board - is it excluding issues without fix versions?  (And are all your quick filters off?)

We just realized that the board shows what's in an active sprint, so that's the difference between the numbers.

Your suggestions are all good though - definitely things to check if others are having a similar issue.
