Issues not showing on (company managed) business board

Hi

I have some issues (not all) has gone missing from my board and more i can not search them using board search but i can them find using the more general search in the top right of the screen and the advanced issue search.

My issues are missing from a status called "Klar til shipping". An issue has a summary like SOxxxxxx SQxxxxxx ROxxxxxx abd this is normally what i would search on using the board search. I understand why search comes up empty as the specific issue is not found in the "Klar til shipping" column on the board.

This problem appeared the first time i January where i bulk moved all issues bank and forth in the workflow and they all became visible in the "Klar til shipping" board column. At some time during the past week 140 issues out of 152 is now again not searchable in the board and they are all in status  "Klar til shipping".

I have checked my workflows, they have not changed.

Im using a business board, so i have very little control over the board search setup.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the bottom of this problem?

Hi @JensH  - That's because the KLAR TIL SHIPPING status is a Done category of statuses. Issues with a status of a Done category will disappear from a Jira Work Management board 2 weeks after moving into that status.

Hi @John Funk, i have totally missed that detail on the business board. I have tried to look it up just know, and cant find that detail in the documentation. Do you know where this I noted? 

I ask to double check that there are not other things that i have missed, that could cause problems for the users.

Hi @JensH ,

Strange situation indeed. Do you use IssueSecurity?

Or can you see if there are differences (in terms of certain fields, for example) between the 12 that are shown and the 140 that are not shown?

Thanks for the feed back. I dont use  IssueSecurity (at least that i know of:) ) so i didn't occur to me check that.

I checked the fields once, there are about 120 custom fields some may have slipped through. With @John Funk's input I will do it again with respect to last changed date. I would have taken me days to realise the "2 weeks timeout" on the board that John points out to be the real problem at hand.
