Issues submitting new tickets and some of members not able to login

Our team is currently facing multiple issues with Jira:

• Some team members are unable to log in to Jira.
• Some users are unable to submit new tickets.
• I personally cannot access the "All Open Tickets" and "My Tickets" pages.

This is not the place to open a support case with Atlassian. That needs to be done by your administrators, and through the page at

They will be able to open a case if you are using a Paid subscription.

Yes, we have to ask questions to get the information necessary to help debug issues. Sometimes the answers result in the conclusion that as users we can't debug your issue, and you need help directly from Atlassian. Thank you for providing answers that helped us determine that.

Can you check if your JIRA Admin if there were some changes done to permissions that could have impacted user access?

Could you share sample screen shot with error that team members are encontering?
