Issues to access Jira

Today my team are receiving the message: "Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended
Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed."

We tried to find some issue from our side, but we not find any problem.

How can we solve this?

it looks like a billing issue, you should get in touch with Atlassian support to get this looked at : http://getsupport.atlassian.com/
