Hi,
lately some of our users and also some of our clients have had issues using our JIRA instance through Google Chrome. So far as we know, there are no issues with other browsers.
When accessing our JIRA link, some users see following message:
"Your connection is not private
NET::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY"
We have tried following:
* updating Chrome (including reinstallation)
* deleting cache and cookies
* private mode
Our external IT firm unfortunately could not help and said that there is an issue with Chrome and we need to wait for a new version of it.
Are there any other ways we could troubleshoot on our own?
