Issues with Jira 5.1.7

Dear Atlassian Support!

We recently upgraded to Jira 5.1.7 (still in the test phase) and noticed the below issues

(a) When we open a Jira project (with end user level permission), I see the word 'Summary' getting displayed twice. - See attached screenshot

(b) In older versions of Jira, when I run a report I would be able to go back to my report inputs page just by clicking the report name. The report name had a hyperlink to the report input page. But now in the new version, that is gone. If I have to re-run the same report I have to perform multiple actions.

Can you please advice how to correct this?
