Dear All,

one of my colleagues received an email about Jira Access.

Can you please clarify?

The email was sent to Filip.VanDerVelde.EXT@edfluminus.be

here the content of the email

Hi Filip,

Your Atlassian Access subscription is due for cancellation in2 days from now (23 Aug 2018).

This is due to missing payment details. If you would like to continue using Atlassian Access after 23 Aug 2018, please provide payment details.

Add Payment DetailsView bill estimate

If we do not receive payment details by 23 Aug 2018, you'll see the following changes:

  • Managed users will not be able to log in using SAML single sign-on. Instead, they'll log in using their Atlassian account. Some users may need to set a new password for their Atlassian account.
  • Two-step verification will no longer be enforced, so managed users can choose to disable that for their Atlassian account at any time.
  • A password policy created with Atlassian Access will continue to be in effect, but won't be able to be updated.

Hi Luciana,

I've checked and indeed he has a subscription with Atlassian access.
I haven't accessed your instance, but if the domain is verified and he is an administrator of the organization, he can access the link admin.atlassian.com and I believe that he subscribed Atlassian access to be able to use SAML, two-step verification and password policy.

Create an organization and verify your domains so that you can easily manage all your users. Then you can subscribe to Atlassian Access for SAML single sign-on, two-step verification and password policy.

You can find more information here.

Hope this clarifies.

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
