It is able to perform any roll-back action in the workflow ?

Hello,

Can an administrator perform a roll-back action in a workflow ? Like go back to the previous states.

Or I have to design my workflow to allow this transition.

Thanks you!

Hi Manuel,

we have designed those steps in the workflow. I don't think that there is another solution.

Best regards

Thomas

Indeed, there is no "roll back". A transition is a transition, if someone uses it, it's logged. In many ways, you don't want a roll-back in the sense I think you are using it - it will destroy the information that someone performed a transition and that's exactly the opposite of what Jira is for.

You'll need to add transitions back to the state you want to return to.
