It is possible to configure permission about starting and ending a sprint?

It is now impossible to set up.

It just permitted to system administrator.

Is there are way to configure this permission?

You don't need to be a system administrator.

You MUST be a PROJECT adminstrator in ALL the projects included in the board.

I'm sorry I mistake it.

It just permitted to PROJECT administrator now..

It's done in the permission schemes.

Best way to do it is use a "role" in there, then you can add the people you need to be project-admins into it on project-by-project basis

I don't understand what you're asking. You need to have the project-administration right to start or end a sprint. I can't think of yet another way to re-phrase that so you can understand it.

I would like to add start sprint permission to 'A' user.

But 'A' user are should not add to project admins because 'A' are nomal user.

How can I add start sprint permission to 'A' user?

For the fourth time, you have to give them project admin rights.

The permissions do not split any further than that, if that's what you're asking
