Welcome to the community.

It looks like you are using a Team Managed project. Is that correct? It will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

If that is correct, then it is not possible to add a filter for a second Labels-type field to your board.

There is a change request to support adding Quick Filters to Team Managed project boards:
