Items in navigation menu not creating "more" option

Some users are experiencing an issue where the items on the navigation bar are not grouping themselves under a "more" drop down and are crowding the bar making the create button un-usable.

On my screen, the two items after the "Performance" drop down are grouped together under "more" so I'm not experiencing the issue and am unsure on how to troubleshoot.

This can happen if the "resolution" scale is not at 100%. If it is, then Jira(javascript) should dynamically detect that you are out of space and thus it should throw some things in "more" - such as in your case.

So my first suspicion is that those users are not at a default 100% scale.

If that screenshot is original size, it looks like 110% or 125% to me.

You were right, I forgot to come back to update. He had two monitors that were 1920 x 1080 and one monitor didn't go up that high. He happened to be using jira on that one.

It may be related to the resolution and size of the screen and jira may not be responsive.
