JETI. No images in outgoing mails to external mail servers.

Hello, could anyone help me please?

We are using Jira Software Server + Email This Issue Plugin. And there is no images when JETI sends emails about new Issue to external mailserver, for example Google.

The problem is as i see in hyperlinks, JETI plugs internal links like "https://jira..." which works well in our company LAN, but it not works with external users.

How setup JETI to send images in outgoing mails as they are in incomimg mails not as links to Jira server?

This seems to be either a configuration issue or a bug in our product.

Please open a support request with us if possible, and we'll be sure to investigate this issue as fast as we can.

When opening the support request, please attach the original email in a .eml format to your ticket and some screenshots about the outgoing email's settings (such as notification settings or manual email default settings etc).
