Hello everyone,
I have the problem that when creating a new template the text before sending the e-mail message is not included in the template. The message I write in the textbox just does not appear.
I found this page - https://metainf.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PLUG/pages/66093144/Add+Issue+Comments+to+Emails - but did not find the right setting for me.
I only want the content of the textbox in the mail but not the other contents of the issue.
We use Jira V8.5.8.
I would be glad if someone can help me.
