JIRA 7.8.0 creates an incorrect upgrade report
Hello!
With a beginners license we have no permission to create a bug report, it seems, so here's the issue with the question whether this defect can be corrected for the next try.
The time reported is 2017-04-04 at 10:38 hours. The correct time it happened here is, taken from srv/jira/log/atlassian-jira-security.log:
2018-03-20 12:02:21,856 JIRA-Bootstrap JIRA 7.8.0 build: 78000 started. You can now access JIRA through your web browser.

Not an answer, just an addition: JIRA 7.8.1 also cannot report correct data. Today I upgraded to version 7.8.1 (the application link to Crowd did not work) and it report yesterday's upgrade as that of today.
