JIRA: ADD A NEW USER

We have JIRA Install on our server.

I am trying to add a new user, but the user doesn't get the email request.

I did it by email and by manual entering the user details.

also - i tried to use JIRA support request but i get error message.

Did you configure an SMTP server when installing JIRA?

If you did not you can't send out any emails.

Otherwise I would advice you to take a look in the atlassian-jira.log to see if an error has been thrown.
