JIRA Admin Helper

Hi, I was curious if anyone found a plugin similar to the JIRA Admin Helper that is available for version 4.4.

I am tasked with documenting all workflows and project configurations, including schemes, transitions, statuses, post functions, etc. Many of the projects and workflows were configured before I started with the company, so I am not familiar with them, and going into each project/workflow will be too time consuming.

Any information you can provide is appreciated!
