JIRA Attachments - Office 13

I had a weird issue come up with a few of my users when it comes to opening up Word attachments in JIRA 6. They both have Word 2013, when they go to view a attachment they are brought to a weird log in page - JIRA looking. They are unable to view the attachment. They have to download the attachment and then view it. Has anyone else ran into this or know how to resolve this?

Do they use Chrome as browser?

Some do and some dont. I do see that this is kind of a known issue with IE. I use Chrome so I don't see this issue. But I have some users who are use to IE and wont make the switch.
