JIRA Automation Plugin not showing up

I downloaded, installed and enabled JIRA Automation plugin 1.5.10 for JIRA 6.4.4.  It says it enabled 8 of 21 modules of the plugin, but I am unable to actually ACCESS the plugin page.  If I got to system > add-ons it doesn't show Automation (although it appears in the manage add-ons), also if I hit "gg" and type "automation" nothing comes up.

Same for me here for JIRA 6.3.1
