Hi, Hope you are well.

Currently, I want to call the API, as for the 'JIRA_BASE_URL', but I am not clear about the 'JIRA_BASE_URL'. So need the help to confirm the 'JIRA_BASE_URL'.

The following is the link that I am using for the page:
https://newaim-au.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/io.tempo.jira/tempo-app#!/configuration/identity-service

Thanks in advanced

Hi @Grant Fan

From the API you mention (http://{JIRA_BASE_URL}/rest/tempo-accounts/1/account) and the link you are using, it looks like you are trying to use a Server / DC REST API on your Cloud instance.
Your URL of "newaim-au.atlassian.net" indicates that you are using the Cloud version of JIRA and Tempo.

For information about the available Tempo REST APIs for Cloud, please take a look at https://apidocs.tempo.io/

Best regards,
