Hi Graham,

If you need a backup you can ask Atlassian Support to do that by raising a ticket in the OnDemand project at http://support.atlassian.com - have a look at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand for details. One of your local users with admin privileges should be able to perform a restore (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Data), but for OnDemand you have to ask Support to do the backup for you.

You may also be interested in the general data policies for OnDemand - http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/About+Your+Data - which has details of how often backups are taken in case of system failure, etc.

Hi Graham,

I believe this isn't possible. Doing a backup/restore it's a powerful tool and with a grate power comes a great responsability :) That's way only an administrator could do that.
