JIRA CSV importer fails intermittently

HI,

I am trying to use the CSV importer to import a project data with over 20K issues.

My strategy is as follows:

1. import all the issues to an empty project shell with the basic system fields (issue key, summary, description, attachments, status, dates, comments)
2. perform a second import to update the already imported issues for populating the issue links and customfields.

Step 1 - was successful.

Step 2 - throws an error after reading like 20% of the file.

The error clearly states that I am passing more than one value to the existing fields, but I am not sure which fields. 

Currently, I am stuck here and do not what to do. Any suggestions on what has to be done?
