JIRA Cloud - Can I bulk add a Group to all Filters?

We are using both jira-users and another group (required) for SSO authentication for JIRA Cloud access.

The issue we have is that we need a way to add the additional group to all Filters, or to add the jira-users group to all existing users who have access.

Is there any way to do this in cloud?

There is not a way to do either bulk changes to filters or bulk changes to users through the UI.

You might be able to find a way to do it using with the API and a code loop over a retrieved set of Filters or Users.
