JIRA Cloud - Microsoft Teams App not working

Hi Team,

We are using Incoming Webhook app on teams for receiving Jira alerts(from jira automation) to Teams channel, All of sudden all the notification's were stopped and getting an error message as 

"This URL will no longer work from Dec 31, 2024".

We generated new webhooks from the app and added them on Jira automation, when we trigger the ticket in jira automation it is showing as successfully in audit log under "Send Microsoft Teams Message" but there is no alert we received in Team channel. Tried multiple times but getting same issue, also tried the Jira cloud app it is not working.

Can any one help me fixing this issue, thank you

Hi Kumar,

we faced the same issue with the webhook. Cause for it was, the channel we sent notifications to is a "private" channel. According to Atlassian private Teams channels are not supported. We tried the connection with another channel of "standard" type and the notification works fine there.
Why the change - we have no idea, as we did not change anything regarding our private channel.
