Hello. I'm using JIRA Cloud application on Slack in order to receive notifications when tickets are created or updated. However, the app stopped working properly (in the middle of November). At the moment I'm able to receive notifications only when comments are edited or deleted. No notifications when status is changed or issue is created. Maybe someone can help me?
Hello @Jer. Yes, everything is correct. What is interesting, I have notification enabled when Comments are created / updated / deleted. But in fact I receive notifications only for updated and deleted.
Hi @Denis Biruk , have you double-checked the settings for the notifications?
Type `/jira manage` in the channel and click on the project key to see what it's configured to send notifications for.
