Hello,

I am trying to manage and/or create a workflow in our JIRA (Service Desk Project) cloud instance and I believe I was given Global Admin rights however, when I navigate to worrkflows I do not have an "Edit" icon option available to me. The "Actions" area column remains blank when I hover over it with my mouse.

I have logged out and logged back in several times with no luck. Can someone assist me with what may be causing this? Much appreciated in advance!

Thanks,

Rob

Hi @Rob Wyatt

Firstly can you access Workflows from Jira Settings, Issues, Workflows?

If so, then in Workflows you should see an Add Workflow button (top right), which you need to click on, give it a name and description and then you can go forth and create a workflow by adding a status or transition or transition labels.

If not, then you do not have permission to create workflows. I reckon you would need to have some sort of admin permission.

Take a look at this Workflows link for more guidance.
